Every Student Succeeds Act

The Every Student Succeeds Act was signed into law in Dec. 2015, amending the Elementary & Secondary Education Act of 1965 and replacing No Child Left Behind provisions. Florida's ESSA state plan was approved by the U.S. Department of Education in Sept. 2018.
